Important! Under no circumstances regular users, corporate accounts and/or companies are allowed to make use (be it commercially, for advertising or otherwise) of my original characters and artwork and/or my IPs without my knowledge and explicit consent.Additionally, nothing made by me (eliasdrid) may be used in any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in this space. If you see my art or trademark linked to any of these things, report it.A) Using, posting and/or sharing my artwork, for regular users:You must ask for permission before reposting any of my artwork online even when credited. Unauthorized posts will be reported.You are not allowed to, without my knowledge and consent: Monetize posts or media containing my artwork. Sell or reproduce my artwork in any way, be it physical merchandise or digital downloads. Use my artwork as clip art or in photomanipulation. Use my artwork for your brand (i.e. for a youtube channel, twitch overlay or self promoting posts). Use my artwork for your next tattoo.You may use my artwork as personal blog banner/background, device wallpaper or profile picture, so long as you credit me when applicable. UNLESS: (i) The artwork features original characters that you do not own, either mine or someone else’s; (ii) the artwork was commissioned by someone other than you.You may also print artwork for yourself in small quantities on printing paper or small objects, preferably with my knowledge.B) Using, posting and/or sharing my artwork, for companies and/or corporate accounts:Corporate accounts (video games, social hosts of) do not need my permission to post artwork of their IP. However I do ask that you properly credit me when doing so.You are not allowed to monetize or reproduce my artwork in any way shape or form, for example via merchandise, without my knowledge and consent. Likewise you cannot use my artwork as clip art or photomanipulation without my knowledge and consent. You may, however, use my art of your IP for branding with my knowledge and consent.
